Justin is Axle's diligence agent — he runs know-your-business and know-your-customer investigations end to end, from intake to a documented, decision-ready case file. Baley screens, Rose monitors, Sam writes narratives; Justin covers the deepest part of onboarding: understanding who a business actually is before you let them in.

What Justin investigates

For every business or individual case, Justin runs a full sweep:

Ownership. Justin builds the UBO picture — declared officers, registry data, and ownership chains — and flags where the declared story and the evidence disagree.
Related parties. Officers and connected entities are pulled from corporate registry vendors and cross-checked against open-source research in a single merged view, including non-Latin-script searches (Cyrillic and Greek transliteration built in).
The business itself. Deep web research on the entity: what it does, its industry risk profile, its digital footprint, and adverse media.
Screening. Sanctions, PEP, and watchlist checks run through the same screening engine that powers Baley.

From findings to a decision

Justin doesn't hand you a pile of research — he hands you a case. Every investigation ends in a decision view: a suggested disposition backed by a transparent scoring model, key findings, and suggested next steps — including the RFIs to send when something's missing. Agree, and the documentation is already written. Disagree, and your judgment is preserved: analysts can add declared parties, supply new facts, and rerun any part of the investigation without losing their work.
