Two things make this map defensible in an exam. First, every automated stage produces an audit trail — what was retrieved, what the model or agent concluded, and why. Second, every human decision point has evidence that judgment is actually being exercised, which is where most programs are weakest.

A review step where the analyst approves 100% of recommendations in eleven seconds each is not human in the loop; it is human near the loop. Some concrete design rules:

Measure disagreement. Track analyst override and edit rates on agent recommendations, per queue and per analyst. Healthy queues show real, explainable variance. A flat ~100% approval rate means the checkpoint is decorative — either the automation is trustworthy enough to move to sampled QC, or reviewers have stopped looking.
Review decisions, not keystrokes. Give analysts a finished, sourced case file to judge, not a partially automated sequence of tasks to complete. The judgment is the job.
Rotate deep reviews. A small percentage of auto-processed items gets a full manual re-work, blind to the agent's conclusion. Compare outcomes; feed disagreements back as tuning cases.
Keep the accountability line explicit. Policy should name which role owns each decision in the map above. "The system flagged it" is not a defense anyone wants to bring to an examiner.
